June 2017
The annual Shotokan Summer Training was held at Cal State University in Camarillo the weekend of June 15-18. This is 4 days of intensive drills and rigorous training that enables the student to face himself. It is a demanding program that pushes each participant to their physical and mental limits. At the end of the training, students may test to advance. This year’s training was led by John Teramoto and Foothill SKA members Mark Longpre and Mark Hadad attended.
